Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours from when the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend and major holidays are processed on the next business day. Any changes to your order must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing shipping information. Please contact your local carrier office if the package is misdelivered or stolen from your property.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available in the Richmond, VA area only at this time. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed. Any changes to your order must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order is ready for pickup a team member will contact you to provide the pickup location based on your shipping address. Local pickup is available Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 8:30am to 10:30am.

Local Pickup (Richmond, VA area only): Free

USPS Standard (within U.S.): $9.00 (1-4 Business Days) *Free standard shipping available for orders over $75.

Returns

Refunds and store credit are offered for all returns made within 14 days of your delivery date. After 14 days the merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling fees to return the item(s).

All returns require 3-5 days to be processed upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed you will receive a confirmation email letting you know a refund has been submitted to the original form of payment. Please contact your financial institution for more details on when you will see the funds reflect back into your account.

Be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on garments when trying them on. Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original tags attached in order for a refund to be issued. Any returned item that appears to be worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive a refund or store credit and will be returned to the sender.

Our team ensures each product meets our high-quality standard before being packaged to be shipped. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit.
